Excited to finally share some of the results of our ongoing partnership with the Victoria Beckham digital team.

The challenge we had was how to scale the in-store, personal stylist experience to all the online users.

They’re thoughtful, decisive, and genuinely AI-forward, using AI to remove hesitation and help customers buy with confidence, without compromising a premium brand experience.

The results have been mighty: +10% lift in revenue, and +20% in AOV is phenomenal in itself.

The team also have a sharp eye for detail and taste, which pushed our team to raise the bar and made the product better.
