I am passionate about building new stuff. As such, I am building Alhena. Alhena AI is the premier AI shopping assistant helping retailers boost sales through advanced AI solutions. It’s an all-in-one Shopping Assistant, Sales AI, and Support AI: greeting visitors, recommending products, answering order questions, and collecting reviews — all in brand voice. Top brands such as Tatcha (Unilever Prestige), Crocus, Puffy, and Manawa use Alhena to power their customer experience, reduce support costs, and drive revenue.
Previously, I was a Product leader at LinkedIn where I led user acquisition teams in Growth org: app installs, SEO, and logged-out experiences. I had a tonne of fun driving new growth strategies and experiments around conversion optimization, app installs, and SEO. Before that, I led the LinkedIn events from concept to launch.
Before LinkedIn, I was the co-founder and CTO at 12 Labs, a digital health company backed by top silicon valley investors. I built and grew two products to over a million downloads: – a smart weight loss app, Applause, and a super sticky fitness game called BattleSteps (featured on App/Play Store).
At 12 Labs, I led the product and built all the data-science modules. This included features such as
- a meal recommendation engine,
- a meal healthiness classifier
- a meal image recognition engine, and
- a text clustering engine
